Day I

  • Introducing the training participants and creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Understanding the main motivators of sales employees
  • Comprehending the essence of selling and its importance
  • Developing sales facilitation skills
  • Identifying sales challenges and ways to overcome them
  • Participating in a simulation exercise on selling
  • Learning the stages of sales

Day II

  • Summarizing the previous day
  • Preparing for the meeting with the client
  • Making initial contact with the client and understanding the importance of gaining trust
  • Determining the client's needs and requirements
  • Making an effective presentation/offer
  • Understanding client objections and their types
  • Learning methods of overcoming objections
  • Discussing important details of negotiating the price of a product/service
  • Identifying the client's readiness
  • Completing the sales process (closing the deal and technically closing it)
  • Recognizing common mistakes made during sales
  • Understanding the 6 types of buyers
  • Learning telephone sales techniques
  • Exploring cross-selling strategies
