Batumi Professional Skills Hub Becomes MSC’s Official Partner in Georgia

On June 10, 2026, the Batumi Professional Skills Hub (PSH Batumi) entered into a formal cooperation agreement with MSC Cruises, one of the world’s leading cruise companies. With this milestone, PSH Batumi has officially become MSC’s partner in Georgia, tasked with training cruise ship personnel in the areas of food and beverage service, reception and accommodation, security, and entertainment.

This partnership is the result of three years of collaboration, audits, and joint program development. According to the agreement, PSH Batumi will implement professional training programs designed by MSC, adopt their international standards, and provide re‑training for program instructors with the support of MSC trainers. In turn, MSC will employ graduates trained at PSH Batumi in accordance with its standards.

This strategic cooperation strengthens Georgia’s role in maritime employment and opens new career opportunities for local professionals in the global cruise industry.
