Working Visit by Representatives of MSC Cruises and World of Seaman Group to the Professional Skills Hub
On June 3–4, 2025, the Professional Skills Hub hosted a working visit from representatives of its partner companies — MSC Cruises (Italy) and World of Seaman Group (Ukraine). The delegation included Mr. Stefano Giampedroni, Shipboard Talent Acquisition Manager at MSC Cruises; Ms. Anna Aleksieieva, Managing Director of WSG; and Mr. Iaroslav Gulak, Human Resources Recruiter.
On June 3, the guests participated — alongside the Professional Skills Hub — in the Employment Forum organized by the Ajara Autonomous Republic Employment Agency, where Mr. Giampedroni addressed forum attendees on behalf of MSC Cruises.
Later that day, the Hub presented a joint training initiative, developed in collaboration with cruise industry partners. The project aims to train candidates for up to ten onboard roles according to employer-defined standards and facilitate their subsequent employment aboard MSC cruise ships.
As part of the visit, the delegation held working meetings with the Professional Skills Agency team, who are actively involved in developing and supporting the initiative.
The discussions also included representatives of Mistral, the intermediary (crewing) company.
The parties reached an agreement on the next steps and outlined a shared vision for ongoing collaboration.
